Frequently asked questions
What will happen if bad weather is forecasted during scheduled service?
We would simply try and service the property beforehand, or reschedule when the weather permits, we ask for at least 48hrs after any major storm/ rain to ensure the property is dry (to prevent further damage or rutting to the property. We will communicate with you at all times.
Do I need to be home in order for an estimate to be performed
In short, Yes, it would be nice that we can meet and talk with the client the first service visit, this will ensure that we have access to the front and back property for the estimate.
How and when do I make a payment?
After work is complete, an invoice will be emailed, and or text to the client where payment can be made online (please ensure to keep your contact info with us updated). Payments are due upon receipt (same day). We use credit card on file so that when service is complete the transaction of payment is easier on the client, without hassle, and this is where scheduled service and credit card on file works the best, because its set up with the client's best interest in mind and offers a simple payment solution.
What is meant by scheduled service?
After an estimate and inspection of property is complete, we will fit you into a work-based calendar and provide you a date in which we will be by to service the property.
Yearly timeframe of routine service, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly mowing service?
Weekly service: April 15-Oct 15
Bi-weekly service: Oct 15-Dec 15
Monthly service: Dec 15- March 15 [Clean ups before Spring season]
**** We can modify scheduling on a needed basis, however we estimate seasonal growth and dormancy of turf and have a strict schedule to maintain properties accordingly, to keep our clients property healthy and green!!!
Handling of personal items on the property and trash accumulation
We try not to handle any personal items on the property other than what is listed on the service agreement, and/or estimate. If there is a large amount of trash on the property during a scheduled service, we ask that you police the area beforehand. [Additional fees will apply for trash or debris cleaning]
Pets and animals
We will NOT perform any service if a pet or animal is loose on the property.

Signed service agreement vs No contract?
A contract is not needed to do business with us, a signed service agreement is provided for clients that are either serious about the maintenance of their property, or they have used such service agreements in the past and prefer it, knowing they need yearly lawn service. We offer 6-month and 12-month lawn maintenance signed service agreements throughout the year with credit card on file for convenience. No contract service is available on a schedule also, but clients who have us contracted with a service agreement will be placed on the schedule first to meet all contracted requirements. No contract clients will receive the same level of quality work, just keep open communication with us and a need for scheduled service, and our availability will be open to assist you.
